Director and Architect at William McDonough + Partners, Roger Schickedantz will be keynoting at the 2015 Grey to Green conference this June in Toronto, Ontario. The conference, a multi-disciplinary program titled “Exploring the Economics of Local and Regional Food Systems and Resilience,” will showcase a diverse group of 50 of the worlds leading thinkers and doers, featuring the latest of design and policy practice. The program will include case studies, useful designs, analytic tools and business models.
Schickedantz has worked with William McDonough + Partners for 20 years. In this time, he has worked on some of the firm’s landmark projects including:the Ford Rouge revitalization, the Adam Joseph Lewis Center for Environmental Studies at Oberlin College, the new Hero MotoCorp projects in India, and Method’s new factory in Chicago, opening in April 2015..
