The Guardian has created a list of its top 20 “green giants”–they call it the Eco Power List and describe it this way: “We all agree that the planet is in a perilous position. But what is the best way to save it? We name the 20 activists, filmmakers, writers, politicians and celebrities who will be setting the global environmental agenda in the coming year.”
We’re delighted that our founder, William McDonough, was named as one of these game-changers: He shares billing with Brad Pitt, with whom he founded Make It Right, to bring safe, healthy, affordable homes to families in the Lower 9th Ward of New Orleans.
