NASA Sustainability Base: winner of GSA Real Property Award for Green Innovation

U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Real Property Award in the category of Green Innovation has been announced for 2010, and it goes to the NASA Ames Research Center and their design team for NASA Sustainability Base, which is also aiming for LEED Platinum Certification.

This project, a collaboration of NASA Ames Research Center, William McDonough + Partners, AECOM, Loisos + Ubbelohde, Swinerton Builders, is under construction now.
